Where is the store located? 

At this time we do not have a brick and mortar store and operate as an online boutique only, based out of Calgary, Alberta. 

If I live in Calgary can I pick up my order or get delivery?

Local pick-up can be arranged, please email us at info@granolavillage.ca to ask how. 

Where do we ship to? 

We ship to all 13 provinces however shipping quotes are required for NWT, Yukon and Nunavut. We also ship to the United States. Please see our Shipping Policy for more information. 

Do you accept returns? 

In some cases yes. Please see our Refund Policy  for information on returns. 

What if my package arrives damaged? 

You are required to inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork if there is visible damage. You may choose to refuse delivery of the item(s), especially if the damage appears severe. Please note that freight carriers will deny any damage claims if it is not noted on the delivery waybill at the time of delivery, before the carrier leaves. Please see our returns section for further details. 

Are all of your imports fair trade? 

We make every effort to source products ethically and fair trade by purchasing from North American suppliers or international suppliers with a fair trade reputation. That being said not all of our products have been certified "fair trade". If this is an important aspect of your decision to purchase please look for products that are labelled this way, such as "Made in Canada" or "Made in the US" or imported products that are identified as Fair Trade. Our company is dedicated to sourcing ethically made products and supporting local artisans.
